Solutions · Agentic Workflow
The conversation ends. The work begins.
Answering is the easy half. Behind every Owlake agent runs a workflow that writes the booking to the calendar, logs the buyer in the CRM, sends the brochure on WhatsApp, and puts a summary in your inbox by morning.
A conversation that ends in nothing happening is theatre
Plenty of businesses answer fine and still leak: the promised brochure never sends, the lead never reaches the CRM, the quote follow-up depends on somebody remembering. The gap is rarely the conversation, it is everything that was supposed to happen after it.
How it works
01
Capture
The agent's transcript is parsed for what was promised: a booking, a document, a callback, a quote.
02
Write back
Bookings to the calendar, leads to the CRM, orders to the sheet. Your systems, not new ones.
03
Follow up
The brochure, the payment link, the reminder, sent on WhatsApp or SMS without a human touching it.
04
Report
A summary of who called, what they wanted, and what happened next, in your inbox on schedule.
What it handles
- CRM lead capture and routing
- Scheduled reports to email, Slack, or WhatsApp
- Multi-tool sync across CRM, accounting, and calendar
- Form-to-database with email confirmation
- Inventory and stock alerts
- Invoice and receipt extraction
- Ops notifications to your team channels
- Error monitoring with a daily digest

Common questions
Which tools can you integrate?
CRMs, booking platforms, Google Sheets and Calendar, accounting tools, Mobile Money and card payments, internal dashboards. If it has an API we can wire it; if it is a spreadsheet, that counts.
Is this custom code I will have to maintain?
No. Workflows are built on n8n, an automation platform a person can read, and we run them for you as part of the engagement. When your process changes, the workflow changes by request.
I have no CRM. Is that a problem?
No. A well-structured sheet is a fine start, and the workflow writes to it the same way it would to a CRM. Graduating to one later is a change, not a rebuild.
How do I know it actually ran?
The report is the receipt: who called, what was promised, what was sent, what was written where. If a step fails, it retries and a human is alerted, not silently skipped.
