Business Automation · Connections and workflows

Five places it needs to go.

The calendar, the payment, the spreadsheet, the reminder and the report. We connect the tools you already use, so it reaches all five without anyone retyping it.

Typed once. Already everywhere.

A customer books on WhatsApp, and nobody on the team opens a second app.

WhatsApp

Hi, can I book braids for Saturday at 10? I can pay the deposit now.

The customer types this. Nobody at the salon types anything.

An example, not a client's system. Yours uses the tools you already have.

What we connect.

Each system your agent or website reads from or writes to is one connection.

Common tools

Already built, so they are quick to set up.

  • Google Calendar
  • Outlook
  • Google Sheets
  • Gmail
  • Mobile Money
  • SMS

Mobile Money links are hosted by the payment provider, so payment details never reach us.

Your own software

We look at it before we quote. If it has a way in, we can usually connect it.

  • POS or stock
  • CRM
  • Booking app
  • Hotel or property
  • Your database
  • Your website

Salons, clinics, hotels and schools run their own systems. Tell us what you run.

Connections break. Fixing them is our job.

Logins expire, and the other software updates without asking. So every connection carries a small monthly upkeep, and the upkeep is us putting it right. A broken connection is our problem, not your team's.

How a connection goes in

01

Map

We list what your team retypes, copies or chases every week.

02

Connect

Common tools first. Your own software once we have looked at it.

03

Test on real records

Run against real bookings and orders before anything is switched on.

04

Keep it running

Logins expire and software updates. Fixing that is part of the monthly upkeep.

How it is priced.

Per connection

You pay once to set it up, then the monthly upkeep. A single service can add one connection, and our packages include some.

Bigger work

Back-office work across several tools, or a system to replace the spreadsheet, starts with paid discovery. Its fee comes off the build.

How all our pricing works

Before you ask

Yes. CRMs, booking platforms, Mobile Money and card payments, calendars, internal dashboards. If it has an API we can wire it up. But our default first deployment deliberately touches no internal system at all; integration is a scoped second phase.

What does your team retype every week?

Tell us. We'll send a plan in 48 hours.
