Solutions · AI Voice Agent
The phone rings. Somebody answers. Every time.
An AI voice agent sits on your line and picks up on the first ring, at any hour, in natural English. It answers the questions, takes the booking or the order, and hands the serious callers to your team.
A missed call is a customer who called the next place
Nobody leaves a voicemail in Ghana. When the line rings out, the caller tries your competitor, and you never learn they existed. Keeping a person by the phone around the clock is not realistic for most businesses, so the calls that arrive during the rush, over the weekend, or after closing simply vanish.
How it works
01
Discover
We listen to a week of your calls and map the five intents that actually matter on your line.
02
Script
Persona, greeting, escalation rules, and a knowledge base tuned to your business. You approve every word.
03
Deploy
Port your existing number, or we issue a new +233 line. Live in 5 to 10 days.
04
Monitor
Every call transcribed, tagged, and pushed to your CRM, with a person watching the agent's work.
What it handles
- Appointment bookings
- Take-out orders with a Mobile Money prompt
- Quote collection with SMS follow-up
- Hours, prices, and FAQ
- Lead qualification and scoring
- After-hours escalation to a human
- Call summaries to email or CRM
- Mid-call transfer to your staff
Check the work, not a number.
Call the agent that answers our own line, at any hour, or open the work we have built for clients. Either takes less than a minute.
Common questions
Will callers know they are talking to an AI?
If they ask, the agent says so plainly. It does not pretend to be a person, and it hands over to a person the moment a call needs one. Most callers care that the booking is made, not who typed it.
Can it use my existing business number?
Yes. We can port your current number, or issue a new +233 line and forward to it while you decide. Either way the caller dials the number they already know.
What happens when the agent cannot help?
It transfers the live call to your staff during hours, and after hours it captures the caller's details and promises a callback, then puts that callback on your list for the morning. Nothing is silently dropped.
How many calls can it take at once?
More than one, which is the practical point: the Saturday rush no longer queues behind a single receptionist. Each call gets its own conversation, transcript, and summary.
Hear it do this job before you believe a word.
The same product answers Owlake's own line. Ring it, ask it something hard.
