Return Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, you have a right to do so in the first 3 hours after placing an order. If 3 hours have passed, we have sent your order to our fulfilment facility and any new change requests will not be fulfilled. When the order is in "in process", no refunds will be made on the basis of wrong shipping information.

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order.

If you receive an item that is in the wrong color or size than the one you originally ordered, please email us a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order to get a replacement. Please note that perceived color differences due to the display settings of your computer monitor are not grounds for a refund.

If an item is missing from your order: Contact us to inform about the missing item from your order. Once we confirmed that an item was missing, we will offer a full refund of the item value or initiate the replacement process.

If your package is lost during shipping: Contact us to inform that you didn't receive your package. Once we confirm with the courier company that your package is lost, we will offer a refund or resend the items.

All these can take up to 3 days to process. We do have some exceptions where we simply ask for the goods to be returned to a specific address. We are not liable to pay for the shipping cost of return.

Please understand that if your order contains multiple items, there is a possibility they may be coming from different manufactures. Shipping times will also vary depending on the product. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If there are customs, sales or import duties at the point of entry these are the responsibility of the purchaser and we accept no responsibility to the purchaser or other parties. We do not offer refunds on lost shipments. We will, however, contact the shipping company and push for a reimbursement.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not refundable. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not refundable.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@owlake.com

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
